Exercise should not be something that is dreaded, but enjoyed. It shouldn’t be seen as punishment, but rather as respecting and loving the body that you have. One size certainly does not fit all. It is unreasonable to think that whatever works for friends or colleagues, even celebrities, will work for you too. To be honest, the exercises you used 15 years ago may not even be as effective now as they were back then!
With personal one on one or mini group sessions, it is easier to find what works for you. It is also imperative to be wary of injuries, old and current, and work at getting the body back into balance again.
The small groups are no larger than 4 per group. Clients can make up their own mini groups. Alternatively you can visit me on a one one basis!
Classes are done at my place, outdoors in a public park or in the privacy of your own home.
Fees:
One on one sessions: R300 per session
Duet: R400 per session (R200 each)
Trio: R 550 per session ( just over R180 each)
Quartet: R 640 per session ( R160 each)
