Sport specific training is available as a one on one training option, or in a small group of no more than 6 clients at once. A variation of Pilates, cardio and plyometric exercises will be tailor-made to suit your specific sport, body type and injury history.
Should you find that you battle with a recurring, specific to your work or sport, we work together with you to do rehabilitation exercises to balance out your body, strengthen key areas and improve posture. (Once you have gotten the go ahead from your doctor and/or physio to resume exercise after an injury.)
